Kevin Rowe

Chief Executive Officer

Kevin Rowe is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NetStar-1. Mr. Rowe provides leadership and strategic direction for NetStar-1 and brings more than 30 years of experience building industry-leading professional services organizations. Prior to joining NetStar-1, Mr. Rowe has served as a principal at Lake Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm, where has been actively involved with a number of Lake Capital’s professional services portfolio companies including Archstone Consulting , FishNet Security, MediaWhiz, NAL Worldwide, OneWed, and Trailer Park. Bill Strang

Chairman

Bill Strang is the Chairman of NetStar-1, a company he established to deliver and support business-critical solutions for government and commercial clients. Mr. Strang supports the vision for NetStar-1, which is based on a collaborative approach integrating client objectives with world class management expertise. Prior to NetStar-1, Mr. Strang was CEO of Dimension Data North America. More >>

Jim Dean

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Jim Dean is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of NetStar-1. Mr. Dean leads the company's finance organization and is responsible for accounting, strategic planning, treasury, tax and audit. He also leads the corporate development and facilities teams. Mr. Dean is a Certified Public Accountant and has over 25 years of financial and management experience in the information technology sector. More >>

John Wayne

Executive Vice President, Federal Sales and Operations

Mr. Wayne joined NetStar-1 following its merge with RGII, where he served as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Wayne has 16 years of executive management experience and nearly 30 years of technical and management experience including all aspects of systems integration, systems development and technical service delivery to various federal agencies and branches of the DOD. Most recently, Mr. Wayne was director of operations for Integic Corporation. More >>
